Couples, maternity, and family photography in Austin and Georgetown, Texas. A little direction, room to be yourselves, and an eye for the moments between.
Kat and I are the husband and wife team behind morrfoto. We photograph couples, growing families, and the people who make life feel like yours.
Since becoming a dad, I find myself paying closer attention to the small things. The way Jack reaches for us. A familiar expression on a completely new face. Those are the details I want to remember, and the ones I look for when I photograph your family.

Your partner, your growing family, your favorite people. Tell us a little about them and what you have in mind. Kat or I will take it from there.

We plan together, so you can arrive knowing what to expect and enjoy the time in front of the camera.
Tell us what you’re planning, where you have in mind, and when. We’ll share current availability and a quote based on your session.
Tell us about your session →We’re a husband and wife team based in Georgetown, just outside Austin. Photography, family, and getting out to see a little more of the world are a big part of our life together.
At home, there’s our son, Jack, and Breck, our Australian Shepherd. Between them, there’s usually something happening worth picking up a camera for.
I’ve always cared about holding on to memories. Becoming a dad has made that feel much more personal. I want photographs of the little things I see every day: the way Jack looks at us, how he fits in our arms, the expressions we recognize as his.
That’s what draws me to photographing other families, too. The details are different, but there’s always something that makes these people unmistakably themselves.
We like to get to know you before the camera comes out. Who’s joining? What are you drawn to? Is there a place that means something to you?
From there, we plan together. We’ll help with ideas, talk through what to wear, and offer direction during the session. You can ask questions, change your mind, and tell us if something doesn’t feel like you.
The aim is simple: photographs you recognize yourselves in and an experience you feel good about.
Travel is another part of the story. The Atlas is where I share the places, details, and different perspectives that catch my attention along the way.
I’m drawn to the wide view and the small thing happening inside it. A coastline from above. A surfer waiting. A face looking back from the trees. These are some of the places I’ve explored, through the details that caught my eye.
